The STAIR app was designed by Flutter, which is a UI toolkit by Google. Michael Abela was the cinematographer for this documentary-style corporate video, which was directed by Jennifer Steinman.

CITIZEN PENN - FEATURE DOCUMENTARY
Citizen Penn follows the story of actor Sean Penn in his effort to supply aid and recovery to Haiti after a massive earthquake struck the island in 2010. Michael Abela was a cinematographer on this Discovery+ original documentary, produced by KTF Films.

Produced by Disney+ and KTF films, Michael Abela was the lead cinematographer on this series, which follows the ups and downs of 6 pups on their quest to become guides for Guide Dogs for the Blind.

A corporate recruitment video designed to attract specialized talent into the Cisco SF Squared team. Production was carried out by Abela Films and the video was produced by Ironbound Films/Illume Films.
JIMMY CLIFF - MUSIC VIDEO
This music video was produced for Grammy-Award winning Jimmy Cliff. It was filmed on location in Kingston, Jamaica and produced in partnership with I.D. Studios.
JULIAN MARLEY - MUSIC VIDEO
Son of world-renown Bob Marley, Julian Marley follows his fathers footprints in this documentary style music video production. The video was filmed on tour by Joey Clay Studios and cut by Abela Films.

Set in Sindupalchok, Nepal, this cinematic editorial tells the story of a middle class town hit by a major earthquake, which destroyed over 80% of their homes.
